Azimuth is ISO-9000 certified by TUV Rheinland Registrars, and ITAR registered with US Department of State.

Azimuth specializes in plastic semiconductor packaging, as well as ceramic packaging, to assist customers in new product evaluation; new package design and development; new material selection and qualification.

For customers who need fast US-based manufacturing, Azimuth provides consistent quality of small-to-medium volume manufacturing using latest generation high-volume production equipment.

Azimuth assembles IC packages for its customers who are primarily in the industries of RF/Wireless products, high-speed/high-power applications, for GaAs, Si, SiGe, GaN semiconductors.
